Privacy Policy

BookOdin is run by 3DMA Ltd. (3DMA EOOD), Tri Ushi 12, Sofia 1303, Bulgaria ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use bookodin.com, book a call with us, or use BookOdin as a customer, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Booking details: your name, email, company, phone or messenger username (if you choose WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber), the time you pick, your answers to the booking questions, and any notes you add.
- Calls with our AI receptionist: the caller's phone number, call time and length, a summary of the call, and, only if the business turns it on and callers are told, a recording or transcript.
- Account details: for BookOdin customers, the login email and the settings you enter.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device details, kept in server logs for security.
Why we use it
- To schedule, confirm, remind and run the meetings you book (contract or steps before a contract).
- To provide the BookOdin service to our customers (contract).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).
- To contact you about a call you booked. We do not send marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only service providers that help us run BookOdin: video and calendar tools (Zoom, Google Calendar and Meet, Microsoft), phone and voice providers used for the AI receptionist, email delivery, and our hosting provider. They process data on our instructions. When a business uses BookOdin, the booking data you give is shared with that business. We never sell personal data.
International transfers
Some providers are outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens we rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Booking records: up to 24 months after the meeting. Call summaries, recordings and transcripts: as long as the business's retention setting says, then deleted. Server logs: up to 90 days. Account data: while the account is open, plus what the law requires after.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or limit its use, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@bookodin.com. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or your local authority.
Cookies
bookodin.com uses only cookies and browser storage needed to run the site and keep you logged in. We do not use advertising cookies.
