These terms cover your use of bookodin.com and the BookOdin service, run by 3DMA Ltd. (3DMA EOOD), Tri Ushi 12, Sofia 1303, Bulgaria. By using the site or booking a call, you agree to them.
Early access
BookOdin is in early access. Features may change, and some described on this site may not yet be available in every country or for every phone number type. We will tell you what applies to you before you sign up.
Booking a call
When you book, we reserve the time for you and send a confirmation. Please give correct details and cancel with the link in your email if you can't make it.
Using BookOdin as a customer
- You are responsible for the information you give the AI receptionist and for following the rules that apply to your business, including telling callers about recording where required.
- Phone numbers, number transfers and call forwarding depend on phone carriers and local rules; activation times vary.
- Do not use BookOdin for spam, unlawful calls or to collect data without a lawful reason.
Fees
Paid plans, included minutes and extra charges are shown before you buy. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.
Availability
We work to keep BookOdin running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error free.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Courts in Sofia, Bulgaria have jurisdiction, unless consumer law gives you the right to use your local courts.
